How a Korean technology company uses CL&GLOBAL
Choose a market, register a project, narrow the candidates with AI matching, and let HQ project managers run matching and delivery. This guide shows what you enter and what you can check at each step.
The overall flow
01 Choose a country
Pick a market from the 20 country cards showing flag, mascot, key sectors and expert counts. Search and region filters are kept in the URL, so the view can be shared or reloaded.
02 Local experts
The country page shows that market's experts, key sectors and demand-supply companies. When no expert is registered the count shows as 'Private' and you can send a matching enquiry instead.
03 Register a project
Enter target markets, product or technology, budget, timeline and expected results. Arriving from a country page pre-selects that market.
04 Expert matching
AI interprets the brief and proposes fit scores with reasons; HQ then confirms the recommended experts.
05 HQ PM management
HQ project managers manage status, schedule, contract and delivery while the company follows progress and notifications.
Registering a project
- Project name, product/technology description, target countries (1–3 in priority), industry, budget, timeline and expected outcome
- Company name and contact person with email and phone
- The form adapts to the window width, and saved entries can be continued later.
- After submission the status moves submitted → reviewing → experts recommended → expert selected → in progress → completed.
AI matching and run comparison
- AI reads the brief and restates the goal, target markets and technical requirements.
- Only verified public experts are considered, each with a fit score from 0 to 100 and reasons.
- Results are stored per project as numbered runs, so the latest two can be compared.
- The comparison table shows fit, markets, expertise and verification grade side by side.
- AI output is advisory — actual recommendations and contracts go through HQ review.
Market comparison and report
- Compare the 20 markets on indicators, sector fit and expert availability.
- The top three markets are recommended with their supporting reasons.
- The comparison can be exported as a PDF report for internal review and sharing.
Market-entry pre-check
- Register your product and upload certification or spec documents; AI reads out the HS code and held certifications and suggests them into the form (PDF or image, up to 15MB).
- Opening a country diagnosis creates regulation, certification and customs tasks; each task accepts several evidence files and keeps earlier uploads in history.
- A task is only complete after expert review and HQ confirmation.
- A 'ready' verdict requires confirmed regulation and every task approved — a score alone never declares a market enterable.
- When a country's rules change, the diagnosis is flagged for recheck and you are notified in the bell menu and by email. Only HQ can clear the recheck.
