GLOBAL DEALER GUIDE
The CL&GLOBAL global dealer program
Dealers find real overseas demand and connect it to HQ. Only approved dealers can post demand, HQ scores each demand to give it a grade, and closed deals pay an incentive under HQ rules.
What a dealer does
Dealers find demand on the ground, connect decision makers and coordinate locally, while HQ project managers handle validation, matching and contracts.
Finding buyers
Spot the technologies, products and projects local companies and institutions need.
Connecting decision makers
Bridge the person who decides with the right Korean supplier.
Local sales
Support proposals, negotiations and tenders locally.
Interpreting & coordination
Bridge language, culture and scheduling differences.
After-care
Help with delivery, claims and renewals after the contract.

The five demand types
| Type | When to use it | Extra required fields |
|---|---|---|
| A. Confirmed purchase | A local buyer has a confirmed need | Buyer name, budget |
| B. Market opportunity | Market signals suggest an opening | — |
| C. Government / public | Public tenders, ODA, infrastructure | Buyer name |
| D. Partner sourcing | Distributors, agents, importers | Buyer name |
| E. Co-development | Joint R&D, technology transfer, pilots, localisation | Buyer name |
Every demand also needs a title, country, industry, demand type, buyer type, description, timeline and how far you have progressed locally.
HQ validation score and grade
HQ scores each submitted demand out of 100 across six items. A score never guarantees a deal — only an actual contract counts as success.
| Scoring item | Max |
|---|---|
| The buyer and contact really exist | 25 |
| Genuine intent to buy or adopt | 25 |
| How concrete the budget and scale are | 20 |
| Fit with Korean suppliers | 15 |
| The dealer's local network and delivery capability | 10 |
| How concrete the schedule and plan are | 5 |
| Grade | Score | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| A | 80+ | Matched first |
| B | 60–79 | Reviewed after extra details |
| C | 40–59 | Further local research requested |
| D | under 40 | On hold or rejected |

Incentives and settlement
- HQ sets the success criteria: which demand status counts as success, the minimum validation score, the minimum contract amount, and whether payment receipt must be confirmed.
- HQ manages the default rate and per-dealer rates. A dealer without a personal rate gets the default rate.
- The amount is contract amount × applied rate, and the criteria used are snapshotted at registration so later rule changes do not alter an existing settlement.
- Settlements move pending → confirmed → paid, and can also be cancelled.
- A settlement that does not meet the success criteria cannot be confirmed.
- Dealers can check each deal's contract amount, applied rate and payout status, and download a settlement statement PDF from the dealer page.
Information protection and prohibited conduct
- Buyer name, contact and budget stay with HQ and the dealer who posted them — they are never shown in public demand lists.
- Circumventing CL&GLOBAL to deal directly with Korean suppliers is prohibited.
- Inventing demand, contacts or budgets can lead to approval being revoked.
- Do not post duplicate demand or disclose another dealer's information.
